2. Our Local-First Privacy Philosophy
We firmly reject predatory surveillance models, invasive device finger-printing, and hidden monetization schemes. The cornerstone of our software development is local-first computing:
- Secure PC Keyboard: Keycodes are transmitted in volatile memory directly over Bluetooth HID/USB without any persistent keystroke logging.
- Export Chat Reader: Functions in a 100% private on-device mode with zero upload of chat archives or media to servers.
- Crazy Downloader: Media streams, WhatsApp status saves, and download history exist strictly on your local device storage.
- Focus Timer & TorahTone: All timer schedules, bookmarks, and solar calculations execute locally on hardware.
- Mythical Affirmation: Guided audio playlists with account and data deletion available in-app and on the web.
3. Information Collected on cibru.in
When you visit and interact with our website, we collect only the minimal data necessary to provide and secure our services:
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry subject, and message body to formulate a response.
We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile for cryptographic bot verification. For rate limiting, our servers compute a one-way keyed cryptographic hash of the client network address. The raw IP address is never stored in our database.
Cloudflare Inc. processes transient bot challenge tokens; Supabase Inc. hosts our encrypted contact inquiry datastore within isolated, row-level secured tables.
4. Brand Commerce & ADORR Orders
When purchasing from our luxury handloom couture and heritage craft brand ADORR (adorr.in, Sualkuchi Cluster HQ, Assam), transactional data (customer name, shipping address, contact phone, and tax invoice items) is collected to fulfill your order. Payment transactions are processed via Razorpay through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 tokenization. We never access, capture, or store raw credit card numbers or CVVs. 5. Data Retention & Automated Deletion
We enforce strict automated data lifecycles:
- Contact Inquiries: Stored securely in Supabase and automatically purged after 365 days.
- Rate-Limit Records: Transient cryptographic hashes are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Adorr Order Records: Maintained strictly for statutory GST tax compliance and accounting audit periods as mandated by Indian law.
6. International Regulatory Compliance
We act as Data Fiduciary. Personal data is processed solely on the basis of consent or legitimate lawful purposes (e.g. answering inquiries or fulfilling purchase orders).
European users have the right to data portability, rectification, restriction of processing, and permanent right to erasure ("Right to be Forgotten").
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data.
Our website and applications are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children.
