1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website (cibru.in), downloading or installing any Android application published under Cibru from the Google Play Store, or purchasing goods from our luxury apparel brand Adorr (adorr.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and software.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All software source code, algorithms, visual interfaces, graphics, interactive widgets, sound designs, brand trademarks, logos, typography, and documentation published under Cibru are the proprietary intellectual property of Krishna Moni Borah and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and patent laws, as well as applicable international intellectual property treaties.
3. Android Application End-User License (EULA)
When you download or install an application published by Cibru (such as Secure PC Keyboard, Crazy Downloader, Mythical Affirmation, TorahTone, Export Chat Reader, or Focus Timer), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on your personal Android device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Cibru binary or compiled distribution.
- Repackage, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any application or asset without prior written authorization.
- Use our utilities to bypass statutory copyright protections, scrape protected networks, or violate third-party terms of service.
- Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or inject malicious payloads into our web infrastructure or API endpoints.
5. Brand Commerce & ADORR Orders
Purchases made via ADORR (adorr.in, Luxury Assamese Couture & Traditional Crafts) are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy. All orders are subject to stock availability, fulfillment confirmation, and valid payment processing via Razorpay. Client service inquiries may be directed to support.adorr@gmail.com. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders with full prompt refunds.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Our website, services, and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cibru and Krishna Moni Borah shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cibru from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Assam, India.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or software after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
