# Terms of Service

These Terms govern **Mythical Affirmation** (the “App”), provided by the developer identified in its Google Play listing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. Third-party sign-in services also have their own terms.
## 2. Service
The App provides audio affirmations, general wellness content, favorites, playback and streak features, reminders, offline access for eligible content, rewarded-ad unlocks, and optional subscriptions. Features, content, and availability may change, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
## 3. Wellness, medical, and financial disclaimer
The App is for informational, motivational, and general wellness purposes. It is **not a medical device**, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice. Seek qualified help for health concerns or emergencies.
Wealth, manifestation, confidence, and outcome-related content is motivational only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice and does not promise earnings, health improvements, or any result.
## 4. Subscriptions and billing
- Products, localized prices, billing periods, trial terms, taxes, and benefits appear before purchase in the App and Google Play.
- Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and automatically renew for the displayed period unless cancelled.
- Cancel through the App or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period.
- Uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy, Google Play rules, and mandatory law.
## 5. Rewarded ads
Free users may choose to watch a rewarded ad for a temporary playback benefit. Rewards may require verification and are subject to limits, expiry, device compatibility, and network availability. See our Privacy Policy.
## 6. License and ownership
We and our licensors retain rights in the App, software, audio, text, artwork, trademarks, and content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices.
## 7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit App content except where law permits.
- Circumvent subscriptions, ad rewards, access controls, rights protections, rate limits, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer or extract source code except where law expressly permits.
- Use the App unlawfully, interfere with the service or another user, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
## 8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the App and delete your account through Profile or our account-deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.
## 9. Third-party services
The App relies on Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, Supabase, and delivery providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
## 10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, preservation of local downloads, or specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid for the App during the preceding 12 months or the minimum required by law. These limits do not apply where prohibited.
## 11. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes and will update the date above and give additional notice where required. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory law and the developer’s location as identified in the Google Play listing. Consumers retain non-waivable local rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
