# EVON Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using EVON, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue use and uninstall the application immediately.
## 2. Service Description
EVON provides view-only peer-to-peer screen and supported playback-audio sharing across local Wi-Fi networks and mobile hotspots. EVON processes media in memory without saving recordings or uploading it to a cloud media service. Separate online billing, referral and advertising services are described in the Privacy Policy.
## 3. Service Tiers & Premium Subscription
- **Free Tier:** Up to 480p streaming, up to 3 concurrent receivers, a 1-hour limit per host session, and advertising.
- **EVON Premium (Paid):** Up to 1080p streaming, up to 5 concurrent connected receivers, no EVON host-session time limit, and no EVON ad display. Ad suppression does not guarantee that SDK initialization or measurement stops.
- **Weekly — $0.99/week (USD):** No free trial; billed immediately at purchase, then weekly. Renews until canceled.
- **Monthly — $1.99/month (USD):** Eligible users receive a 3-day free trial, then $1.99/month. Renews until canceled.
- **Annual — $19.99/year (USD):** Eligible users receive a 7-day free trial, then $19.99/year as one yearly payment. Renews until canceled.
- **Google Play terms:** These are default USD offers. The actual localized price, currency, eligible trial and checkout terms shown by Google Play control your purchase and may differ by region or account. Loading placeholders do not confirm eligibility and cannot be purchased. Ineligible live base-plan offers have no trial and are billed at purchase.
- **Trials:** The default Monthly 3-day free trial and Annual 7-day free trial apply only when Google Play confirms eligibility. Cancel in Google Play before the trial expires to avoid its first recurring charge. We recommend acting at least 24 hours before the trial ends as a precaution, not as a separate Google Play deadline; the exact deadline and terms shown by Google Play control. Reinstalling, restoring or deleting verification data does not reset trial eligibility.
- **Cancellation:** Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > EVON > Cancel subscription. Complete Play's confirmation steps. Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining access follows Google's cancellation status and expiry, including any applicable immediate-cancellation or refund option.
All three paid plans provide the same Premium benefits; their billing periods and eligible trials differ. New sales may be unavailable in a build or region. No checkout is available from a reference price or when the required Play offer is unavailable.
Paid access requires a completed Google Play purchase and backend verification of an active entitlement. Pending payments, held, paused, expired or revoked subscriptions do not grant paid access; verified grace-period access can continue. Offline paid access lasts at most 72 hours after verification and never beyond expiry; a device restart requires fresh verification. Loss of local access does not cancel billing. Resolution, audio capture, receiver capacity and continuity depend on hardware, Android/source-app restrictions and network conditions. Unlimited means no EVON session timer, not guaranteed uninterrupted service. Share only content you have permission to share, with approved receivers; receiving devices cannot control the host.
## 4. Referral Rewards Program
- Participation is optional. Open "Get Free Premium", read the notice and tap "Agree & start earning" to enable referral registration and syncing. Opening the screen alone does not enable it. Share your link to earn rewards for server-verified qualifying referrals; sharing alone does not guarantee a reward.
- **5 Canonical Milestones:**
- **3 Referrals:** 1 Month Premium (30 days total)
- **5 Referrals:** 2 Months Total (60 days cumulative)
- **10 Referrals:** 6 Months Total (180 days cumulative)
- **15 Referrals:** 1 Year Total (365 days cumulative)
- **100 Referrals:** Lifetime Premium (36,500 days / 100 years)
- Active, verified referral VIP provides Premium benefits for the reward period, with a bounded 24-hour offline cache. Paid Premium and VIP can coexist; paid status takes display precedence, while referral days continue to expire. Rewards do not cancel, pause, extend or refund Google Play billing.
- Self-referrals, bots, emulators and device farms are not qualifying referrals. Integrity and server-side eligibility checks may reject or revoke invalid rewards.
- To turn off referral sync, visit https://www.cibru.in/apps/evon/unsync via the "Unsync" link in Get Free Premium.
Unsync stops future referral syncing and local VIP access across app restarts without deleting server records or pausing reward expiry. You can agree again to resume after unsync. "Delete Referral Data" clears local profile/reward state and agreement, requests backend deletion and persists a separate sync pause. Failed deletions can be retried; the installation hash remains for consistent identity. Only explicit Restore Purchases clears the deletion pause, after which agreement is required again. ### Purchase verification deletion
"Delete purchase verification data" removes locally verified paid access, pauses automatic purchase syncing and requests backend deletion for tokens known to this installation. Failed targets remain locally for retry. It does not cancel billing, issue a refund, erase Google's transaction records, or delete referral records. Only Restore Purchases clears the deletion sync pause and can recreate eligible verification records. A new purchase does not clear this pause. See Purchase Data Deletion.
Each sync pause is local to this installation, not an account-wide stop. Other devices may continue syncing. Clearing app storage removes local pause choices and retry credentials but sends no remote deletion request. Restore Purchases can clear a deletion pause before a successful entitlement result; the referral pause can be cleared even when no purchase is found, but referral agreement is still required. Retry failed deletions using the same deletion control online or contact support.
## 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVON is provided "as is" and "as available". CIBRU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network interruptions, device hardware limits, or Wi-Fi interference. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
