Program Overview WorldCal Multi-Calendar offers an optional, free-to-join Referral Rewards Program (“Referral Program”) allowing users to earn complimentary Premium access by inviting friends and colleagues to download and install WorldCal Multi-Calendar via verified Google Play Store invite links. Participation is optional and disabled by default. Opening **Get Free Premium** from the Free Premium Rewards section enables synchronization, anonymous Supabase authentication, and installation verification. No purchase, subscription, or fee is required. See the Privacy Policy for the identifiers and attribution data sent when you participate. ## 2. Eligibility and Qualifying Attribution To qualify as a valid attributed referral, all of the following conditions must be satisfied: - **Genuine New Installation:** The invited user must download and perform a fresh, genuine installation of WorldCal Multi-Calendar on an eligible physical Android device that has not previously run the app under the program. - **Valid Link Attribution:** The installation must be successfully attributed via the official **Google Play Install Referrer API** containing your valid, server-registered referral code. - **Play Integrity Verification:** The invited installation must successfully pass Google Play Integrity verification to protect the ecosystem against automated bot attacks, scripted emulators, and tampered binaries. - **Participation and Server Registration:** The invited user must enable referral participation by opening Get Free Premium, and the install event must successfully register with the backend under the app’s eligibility rules. Merely downloading the app does not send referral registration while participation remains disabled. Sharing an invite link or clicking a link alone does not guarantee a successful attribution. Reinstallations on the same device do not count as new qualifying referrals. ## 3. This is a fixed-duration promotional grant, not an unlimited-duration purchase. Days extend the current unexpired reward or begin at the grant time if it has expired. The cumulative column is time awarded across milestones, not a promise that all of that time remains when a later milestone is reached. Reward recognition depends on successful backend verification. When the app loads or refreshes reward status, its local referral cache must be no more than 24 hours old and from the current device boot. Reconnect to refresh an eligible reward after a reboot or stale cache; the reward’s server expiry still applies. ## 4. Non-Monetary Value and Restrictions Referral rewards are promotional bonuses. They carry **zero cash value**, are not exchangeable for real money, credits, or gift cards, and are strictly non-transferable between users, Google accounts, or non-associated devices. ## 5. Anti-Abuse and Fair Use Policy We are dedicated to fair attribution for all users. You agree **NOT** to: - Engage in self-referrals or create automated accounts to artificially inflate referral counts. - Use virtual machines, Android emulators, headless browsers, or device-farm networks. - Send unsolicited commercial bulk emails, spam forums, or violate anti-spam legislation. - Misrepresent app features or make false claims when inviting other users. CIBRU reserves the right to investigate suspicious invite traffic and permanently revoke fraudulent milestones, ban offending device keys, or disqualify participants found to be in violation. ## 6. Relation to Paid Subscriptions Earning referral rewards does **NOT** cancel, suspend, or prorate an existing Google Play paid subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, you must manage cancellation through Google Play directly; see our Subscriptions & Refunds Policy. ## 7. Unsync and Deletion Use the rewards screen’s Unsync link to open our Unsync page, then tap its button to launch `worldcal://referral/unsync`. Confirm the app shows “Referral sync turned off” rather than a save error. This stops referral work and clears local reward, profile-link, registration, and referrer caches; the authentication session and server profile remain for explicit re-consent or deletion. Reopening Get Free Premium can enable sync again unless deletion is pending. A valid paid subscription is separate. For permanent server deletion, follow our Data Deletion instructions. ## 8. Program Modifications and Termination CIBRU reserves the right to adjust milestone thresholds, modify reward durations, or terminate the Referral Program with reasonable advance notice.
