Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy — WorldCal Multi-Calendar # Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy Effective Date: October 20, 2026 · Application Version: 0.3.0 · Package: `worldcal.app` > **Overview:** WorldCal Multi-Calendar offers free calendar tools and defines three Premium subscription tiers: **Weekly**, **Monthly**, and **Annual**. Purchases are available only when paid sales and matching Google Play products are enabled. Google Play supplies the final localized price, currency, trial eligibility, and checkout terms. CIBRU does not collect or store credit card numbers. ## 1. Billing and Automatic Renewal All subscription transactions and renewals are billed by Google Play Billing to the Google Play payment method selected at checkout. The exact price, currency, taxes, offer, and renewal interval are disclosed by Google Play before transaction confirmation. The following are the app’s provisional US-dollar catalog defaults, not a promise that a product or trial is currently available in your country or account. A preview price cannot start a purchase; check the live Google Play checkout before confirming. - **Weekly Plan — $0.49/week:** Default product `worldcal_weekly`. Billed immediately upon purchase confirmation and renews weekly until canceled. **No free trial.** - **Monthly Plan — $1.49/month:** Default product `worldcal_monthly`. Includes a **3-Day Free Trial** for eligible new subscribers when offered by Google Play. If you do not cancel at least **24 hours before** the 3-day trial ends, Google Play will automatically charge $1.49 every month (or the localized price shown at checkout) and renew until canceled. - **Annual Plan — $14.99/year:** Default product `worldcal_annual`. Includes a **7-Day (1-Week) Free Trial** for eligible new subscribers when offered by Google Play. If you do not cancel at least **24 hours before** the 7-day trial ends, Google Play will automatically charge $14.99 every year (or the localized price shown at checkout) and renew until canceled. **Trial cancellation reminder:** Cancel at least **24 hours before** the 3-day or 7-day trial ends to avoid a last-minute renewal. This is a practical precaution; the trial end and renewal time displayed by Google Play control. Google Play determines eligibility; when no trial is available, the app shows the paid subscription price instead and charges begin on confirmation. Pending payments do not grant Premium access. ## 2. How to Cancel Your Subscription You can manage or cancel your WorldCal Premium subscription at any time using your Android device or web browser. The Android path is: **Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select WorldCal Multi-Calendar > Cancel Subscription**. - Open the **Google Play Store** app on your device. - Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner. - Select **Payments & subscriptions** → **Subscriptions**. - Locate **WorldCal Multi-Calendar** and select **Cancel subscription**. - Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation. In a browser, open Google Play Subscriptions, sign in to the purchasing account, choose **Manage** for WorldCal, and select **Cancel subscription**. If the subscription is missing, check whether you used another Google account. See Google’s cancellation instructions for the current interface. *Important Note:* Uninstalling WorldCal, selecting **Delete purchase verification data**, or unsyncing referral rewards does **not** cancel a Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google Play. Upon cancellation, Google Play stops the next renewal while access normally remains available through the remainder of the currently paid billing period. ## 3. Refund Policies & Procedures Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, payment method, timing, and location under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Google reviews requests submitted through its refund service; developer support can review requests under applicable policies and law. - **Within 48 Hours of Purchase:** Google Play says you may be eligible for a refund depending on the purchase details. Start with the Google Play refund request flow. - **After 48 Hours of Purchase:** Google Play directs users to contact the developer for troubleshooting and to determine whether a refund can be issued under the developer’s policies and applicable law. Contact CIBRU at support@cibru.in for undelivered Premium access, duplicate-charge investigation, or verification problems. Please include: - Your full Google Play Order Number (format: `GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX`). - The purchase date and plan tier (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual). - A detailed explanation of the issue or basis for your refund request. You can also use Google Play on the web: profile icon → **Payments & subscriptions** → **Budget & order history** → **Report a problem** beside the order, then submit the request. A request is not a guarantee of approval. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, or raw purchase tokens. ## 4. Restoring Purchases & Technical Troubleshooting If active Premium access is temporarily lost (e.g., following a device reboot, app reinstall, or data reset): - Ensure your device is connected to the internet and signed into the exact Google Play account used to make the purchase. - Open WorldCal, tap **Settings → WorldCal Premium**, and select **Restore Purchases**. - The app queries Google Play Billing, verifies the purchase token with the Supabase service, and restores access only after successful verification. Verified entitlements are cached locally for at most 72 hours and require online re-verification after a device reboot. If you previously deleted purchase-verification data, **Restore Purchases** explicitly resumes paused verification and can recreate eligible records. If no active purchase is found or verification fails, follow the displayed message or contact support; access is not guaranteed merely because a restore query completed. ## 5. Referral Rewards Time unlocked through the optional Free Premium Rewards program represents complimentary promotional access awarded for genuine friend referrals. Referral rewards have no cash or surrender value, cannot be redeemed for currency, and do not offset or trigger refunds for concurrently active paid Google Play subscriptions. ## 6. Statutory Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or restricts any mandatory statutory consumer cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights available under the laws of your country of residence. ## 7.
