Program Overview Export Chat Reader offers an optional, free-to-join Referral Rewards Program (“Referral Program”) allowing users to earn complimentary Premium access by inviting friends and colleagues to download and install Export Chat Reader via verified Google Play Store invite links. Participation is optional and disabled by default. Opening Premium or Get Free Premium does not opt you in; confirm Enable Referral Rewards after the disclosure to participate. No purchase, subscription, or fee is required. Availability can be paused during anti-abuse or identity migrations; an unavailable registration earns no reward. ## 2. Eligibility and Qualifying Attribution To qualify as a valid attributed referral, all of the following conditions must be satisfied: - **Genuine New Installation:** The invited user must download and perform a fresh, genuine installation of Export Chat Reader on an eligible physical Android device that has not previously run the app under the program. - **Valid Link Attribution:** The installation must be successfully attributed via the official **Google Play Install Referrer API** containing your valid, server-registered referral code. - **Play Integrity Verification:** The invited installation must successfully pass Google Play Integrity verification to protect the ecosystem against automated bot attacks, scripted emulators, and tampered binaries. - **Server Registration:** The install event must successfully register with our shared referral backend service. - **Optional Participation:** The invited person must choose to enable Referral Rewards and complete the disclosed verification flow; a download alone is not consent or a qualifying registration. Sharing an invite link or clicking a link alone does not guarantee a successful attribution. Reinstallations on the same device do not count as new qualifying referrals. ## 3. The 5-Tier Canonical Reward Schedule Upon reaching each cumulative verified milestone, our server automatically adds the corresponding days of ad-free Premium access to your referral profile: Tier Level Qualifying Referrals Additional Days Awarded Cumulative Total Awarded Display Milestone **Milestone 1** 3 Referrals +30 days 30 days 1 Month Premium **Milestone 2** 5 Referrals +30 days 60 days 2 Months Total **Milestone 3** 10 Referrals +120 days 180 days 6 Months Total **Milestone 4** 15 Referrals +185 days 365 days 1 Year Total **Milestone 5** 100 Referrals +36,500 days 36,865 days ★ Lifetime Premium *Note on Cumulative Totals:* These are total additions across milestones, not a promise of that much time remaining today. Each new award extends from the later of server time or current reward expiry. Milestone 5 adds 36,500 days (100 years), bringing total additions to 36,865 days. **Lifetime Premium** is a finite final-extension label, not perpetual service or unlimited transfers. Historical awards are not automatically backfilled. ## 4. Non-Monetary Value and Restrictions Referral rewards are promotional bonuses. They carry **zero cash value**, are not exchangeable for real money, credits, or gift cards, and are strictly non-transferable between users, Google accounts, or non-associated devices. ## 5. Anti-Abuse and Fair Use Policy We are dedicated to fair attribution for all users. You agree **NOT** to: - Engage in self-referrals or create automated accounts to artificially inflate referral counts. - Use virtual machines, Android emulators, headless browsers, or device-farm networks. - Send unsolicited commercial bulk emails, spam forums, or violate anti-spam legislation. - Misrepresent app features or make false claims when inviting other users. CIBRU reserves the right to investigate suspicious invite traffic and permanently revoke fraudulent milestones, ban offending device keys, or disqualify participants found to be in violation. ## 6. Relation to Paid Subscriptions Earning referral rewards does **NOT** cancel, suspend, or prorate an existing Google Play paid subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, you must manage cancellation through Google Play directly; see our Subscriptions & Refunds Policy. ## 7. Unsync and Deletion In Get Free Premium → Referral data & privacy, Turn off referral sync clears the local profile/link/referrer caches, anonymous session credential and referral VIP access. It does not delete server data or affect paid subscriptions. The Unsync page offers the same local action through `exportchatreader://referral/unsync` when Android opens the installed app. **Request server deletion before unsync.** Delete referral data turns sync off and clears local reward/profile caches first, then requests authenticated app-scoped server deletion. Failed requests retain the credential for retry; wait for server confirmation. A keyed anti-abuse device marker has a 90-day expiry and maintenance-dependent cleanup. Shared Auth identity and other apps' records remain. Lost credentials require support; a new session cannot delete the old profile. Explicit opt-in can resume participation but does not guarantee restoration of old rewards. See Privacy and Data Deletion. ## 8. Program Modifications and Termination CIBRU may change future milestone thresholds or reward durations, or discontinue the Referral Program, with notice where required by applicable law. The finite reward schedule does not guarantee that the app or its verification service will operate for 100 years. Changes and any treatment of already-earned rewards remain subject to applicable consumer rights and commitments made when the reward was earned; these terms do not waive those rights. © 2026 CIBRU.
