Data Deletion Policy. Transparent control over your information.

Governed by Cibru Interactive (cibru.in) • Lead Developer: Krishna Moni Borah • Release: v1.0.0

Commitment to Data Minimization & User Autonomy

At Cibru, our primary architectural principle is local-first processing. We do not maintain centralized user databases, social graphs, or persistent logs of your private activity. Below are instructions for managing, un-linking, and permanently deleting data associated with TorahTone.

1. On-Device & Transient Data

All preferences, cached media, local history, and application settings for TorahTone are stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences).

To instantly clear local on-device data:

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → TorahTone.

2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or uninstall the app).

3. All local configuration, cached tokens, and encryption keys are immediately wiped from your device.

2. Anonymous Referral Rewards Data

If you participated in the optional Free Premium Referral program, an anonymous referral profile was generated to tally credited installs and award Pro access.

Turn Off Sync on This Device:

You can immediately disconnect this device from future referral sync and halt milestone checks by visiting our dedicated unsync page:

Open Unsync Management Page
Permanent Profile Deletion:

To permanently erase your anonymous referral profile and credited events from our servers, email us at support@cibru.in with your referral code. Completed deletion purges your profile; a one-way anti-abuse hash is retained for up to 90 days before final cleanup.

3. Purchase Verification Data (Google Play)

Google Play manages all credit card and payment processing directly. Cibru never receives or stores your full payment credentials. Our verification server receives only the package name, product ID, and purchase token to validate subscription status.

In-App Purchase Data Deletion Action:

If you have an active or pending Google Play purchase recognised on your device:

  1. Open TorahTone and tap the Pro or Premium status banner.
  2. Under active membership settings, tap Delete purchase verification data.
  3. Confirm the prompt. The app will immediately pause purchase syncing and request verification deletion from our server.
Important: Deleting verification data does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

4. Submitting a Direct Deletion Request

You do not need to install the app or purchase a subscription to request data deletion. Pursuant to the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR Article 17, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may submit a deletion request at any time.

To request manual deletion, send an email to:

support@cibru.in

Please specify in your request:

  • App Name: TorahTone
  • Scope of request: Referral Profile, Purchase Verification, or General Inquiries
  • Referral code or Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX), if applicable

We will verify your request and confirm completion within 30 days. No fee is charged for standard deletion requests.

Data Deletion Instructions | TorahTone · CIBRU CIBRU · TorahTone com.torahtone.app # Data Deletion Instructions **TorahTone** · Android package: `com.torahtone.app` Effective Date: October 20, 2026 · Operator: CIBRU (support@cibru.in) TorahTone does not require a user-created login, but Firebase and optional Supabase service identities and remote records can exist. Local clearing, referral unsync, remote deletion, and Google Play cancellation are separate actions. The current **Settings → LEGAL & PRIVACY → Data Deletion** link opens these instructions; visiting this page does not delete data. ## 1. On-Device Data Deletion To delete locally stored preferences, quote cache/history, notification schedules, saved approximate coordinates, local referral state, and local purchase-verification state on your Android device: - Open Android **Settings** > **Apps** > **TorahTone**. - Tap **Storage & cache**. - Tap **Clear storage** (or **Clear data**). *Effect:* This wipes the app’s private local storage. Uninstalling the app also removes private app storage. Clearing storage does not cancel Google Play subscriptions, delete Google Play order history, or erase remote Firebase/Supabase/provider records. For the web/PWA version, clear this site’s browser data/cache. Local clearing also removes credentials needed for native deletion retries and the purchase-sync pause flag. A new installation may check Google Play again; request remote deletion before clearing storage if you need to retain local retry credentials. ## 2. Referral Unsync and Remote Deletion **Unsync:** visit the Unsync page on the Android device and tap its `torahtone://referral/unsync` link. Once the installed app handles it, referral sync is disabled and local referral rewards/cache are cleared. The authentication session is retained for later remote deletion. Unsync does not delete server rows, cancel paid subscriptions, or disable Firebase/AdMob processing. **Remote deletion:** the current UI has no Settings referral-delete or unsync toggle. Request deletion through support: - Email support@cibru.in with subject **TorahTone Referral Data Deletion**. - Include your referral code if available and identify the data you want removed. Do not send authentication tokens or raw device identifiers. - Support will verify the request and confirm deletion or explain any identification/retention limits. An email does not itself delete a record. The native referral-deletion operation is separate from unsync: it stops sync, uses the retained authenticated session to request server deletion, and clears that session only after success. Failed deletion keeps the identity for retry. Requests concern TorahTone’s referral profile, code, milestones, and rewards, not Google Play purchases or other CIBRU apps. Limited pseudonymous anti-abuse deletion markers may remain; no automatic purge deadline is promised here. ## 3. Google Play Purchase Records To invoke native deletion, open **Settings → Subscription → Delete Purchase Data** in the Android app and confirm the warning. For a Weekly, Monthly, or Annual plan, follow the Purchase Data Deletion Guide. The native operation persists a pause before deletion, disables paid access, cancels outstanding verification, and discards stale results. It can delete only locally known tokens. Missing records or a failed request are reported; available encrypted tokens stay for retry/support and sync remains paused across restarts. Only explicit **Restore Purchases** resumes the local pause. Opening a guide or emailing support does not itself set that device flag. Successful deletion clears the targeted verification records, subject to limited server deletion markers. It does **not** cancel Google Play billing, issue a refund, or erase Google Play order history. Cancel in the Google Play Subscription Center; see Subscriptions & Refunds. ## 4. Firebase, Supabase, AdMob, and Google Play requests Contact support for CIBRU-controlled Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, App Check, or Supabase records. Include available service identifiers only through a support-approved route. Google account/advertising controls and provider retention also apply; a Supabase deletion does not erase Firebase or Google Play records. The legacy Google-sign-in account-deletion page targets a separate Firebase identity. It does not identify an anonymous installation, delete native Supabase purchases/referrals, or cancel billing. The legacy Firebase function retains trial-abuse records (email hash, UID, and trial-use time) and handles some cleanup as best effort; it is not a guarantee that every record was purged. If you used an older account/trial flow, mention that in your request. ## 5. Contact Us For help, access/correction requests, or deletion verification, contact CIBRU support.
