Refund Policy — TorahTone ← Back to Legal Hub # Refund Policy Last updated: October 20, 2026 TorahTone Premium payments are processed through **Google Play Billing**. The reference offers below are in US dollars. The localized price, eligibility, taxes, billing dates, and offer shown by Google Play at checkout govern your purchase. - **Weekly:** US $0.99 per week; **no free trial**. Billed immediately upon purchase confirmation and renews weekly until canceled. - **Monthly:** a **3-day free trial** for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play automatically charges US $1.99 every month until canceled. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to allow time to complete the steps. - **Annual:** a **7-day free trial** (1 week) for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play automatically charges US $19.99 every year until canceled. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to allow time to complete the steps. Trials are available only when Google Play returns an eligible offer. If no trial is available, the checkout shows the paid plan instead. Prices and availability may vary by region. An unavailable or preview plan cannot charge you or unlock Premium. ## 1. Trial, Renewal, and Cancellation - Trials convert automatically to the selected paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Afterward, the weekly, monthly, or annual plan automatically renews until canceled. - **Recommended reminder:** cancel at least **24 hours before your trial ends** to leave time to complete the steps. This is a recommendation, not a mandatory Google Play cancellation deadline; Google instructs you to cancel before the trial expires. A payment authorization hold may appear earlier. Google’s subscription guidance currently describes holds up to 48 hours before renewal, or up to 5 days in India or Brazil. - You may cancel a Weekly, Monthly, or Annual TorahTone subscription at any time through the Google Play account that made the purchase. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed charge. - After cancellation, Google Play normally shows an access end date. Premium access remains available until that date unless Google Play states otherwise for the order or trial. - **How to cancel via your Android device:** - Open the **Google Play Store** app. - Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. - Select **Payments & subscriptions** → **Subscriptions**. - Tap **TorahTone** and select **Cancel subscription**. - Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. - You can also open Google Play’s subscription center at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. ## 2. Google Play Refund Rules Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, region, and applicable consumer law. Review Google Play’s Refund Policies and its app and subscription refund guidance. - **Within 48 hours:** you may be eligible to request a refund through Google Play, depending on the details of the purchase. Approval is not guaranteed. - **After 48 hours:** contact support@cibru.in for troubleshooting and refund review under applicable policies and law. The elapsed time alone does not remove statutory rights. - A cancellation request is not itself a refund request. If you were charged during or after a trial, cancel future renewal and submit a separate refund request in Google Play. - Google Play or the developer may review the request under the applicable rules. A refund or revocation can end Premium access. Decision and payment-return times vary; there is no guaranteed instant refund. ## 3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund for a recent TorahTone subscription purchase: - Open Google Play’s refund request instructions, or open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history. - Sign in to the Google account used for the purchase. - Find the TorahTone order, choose **Request a refund** or **Report a problem**, select the reason, and submit. - Keep the Google Play decision email and order number for your records. Processing time depends on Google Play and your payment provider. ## 4. Statutory Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with digital-content withdrawal or conformity rights, Google Play’s checkout and support process may apply those rules to your order. Submit the request through Google Play and identify any statutory right that applies. ## 5. Technical Billing Support If you experience any technical bugs, duplicate charges, or issues accessing your purchased Premium features that cannot be resolved through the app, CIBRU support is happy to assist you: - Please contact us at support@cibru.in. - Include the plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual), approximate purchase date, device/app version, and your **Google Play Order Number** (format: `GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX`) if available. - Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, security codes, purchase tokens, or one-time codes. Use Google Play to cancel and confirm the renewal status; an email request alone does not cancel billing. ## 6. Restore, Deletion, and Referral Rewards **Restore Purchases** in Settings → Subscription checks purchases through Google Play and submits them for verification. It does not buy a new plan or issue a refund. Pending purchases do not unlock Premium. After a purchase-data deletion request, only explicit Restore Purchases resumes paused verification sync. Uninstalling, clearing app data, deleting verification records, or earning referral VIP time does not cancel a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Referral rewards have no cash refund value. See Purchase Data Deletion for the separate verification-record process. Legal Hub · Privacy Policy · Terms of Service · **Refund Policy** · Purchase Data Deletion · Data Deletion
