Data Deletion Policy. Transparent control over your information.

Governed by Cibru Interactive (cibru.in) • Lead Developer: Krishna Moni Borah • Release: v2.0

Commitment to Data Minimization & User Autonomy

At Cibru, our primary architectural principle is local-first processing. We do not maintain centralized user databases, social graphs, or persistent logs of your private activity. Below are instructions for managing, un-linking, and permanently deleting data associated with Crazy Downloader.

1. On-Device & Transient Data

All preferences, cached media, local history, and application settings for Crazy Downloader are stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences).

To instantly clear local on-device data:

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Crazy Downloader.

2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or uninstall the app).

3. All local configuration, cached tokens, and encryption keys are immediately wiped from your device.

2. Anonymous Referral Rewards Data

If you participated in the optional Free Premium Referral program, an anonymous referral profile was generated to tally credited installs and award Pro access.

Turn Off Sync on This Device:

You can immediately disconnect this device from future referral sync and halt milestone checks by visiting our dedicated unsync page:

Open Unsync Management Page
Permanent Profile Deletion:

To permanently erase your anonymous referral profile and credited events from our servers, email us at support@cibru.in with your referral code. Completed deletion purges your profile; a one-way anti-abuse hash is retained for up to 90 days before final cleanup.

3. Purchase Verification Data (Google Play)

Google Play manages all credit card and payment processing directly. Cibru never receives or stores your full payment credentials. Our verification server receives only the package name, product ID, and purchase token to validate subscription status.

In-App Purchase Data Deletion Action:

If you have an active or pending Google Play purchase recognised on your device:

  1. Open Crazy Downloader and tap the Pro or Premium status banner.
  2. Under active membership settings, tap Delete purchase verification data.
  3. Confirm the prompt. The app will immediately pause purchase syncing and request verification deletion from our server.
Important: Deleting verification data does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

4. Submitting a Direct Deletion Request

You do not need to install the app or purchase a subscription to request data deletion. Pursuant to the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR Article 17, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may submit a deletion request at any time.

To request manual deletion, send an email to:

support@cibru.in

Please specify in your request:

  • App Name: Crazy Downloader
  • Scope of request: Referral Profile, Purchase Verification, or General Inquiries
  • Referral code or Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX), if applicable

We will verify your request and confirm completion within 30 days. No fee is charged for standard deletion requests.

Data Deletion Instructions | Crazy Downloader · CIBRU CIBRU · Crazy Downloader com.crazydownloader.app # Data Deletion Instructions **Crazy Downloader** · Android package: `com.crazydownloader.app` Effective Date: October 20, 2026 · Operator: CIBRU (support@cibru.in) Media processing and local history live on your device, while configured referral and purchase verification services also hold records. Local erasure, server deletion, and cancellation of Google Play payments are separate actions. You can use this guide and email support without installing the app or creating a new CIBRU account. ## 1. On-Device Data Deletion For a full reset of private local app data, including settings, local history/restore backups, cached entitlements, and saved sessions: - Open Android **Settings** > **Apps** > **Crazy Downloader**. - Tap **Storage & cache**. - Tap **Clear storage** (or **Clear data**). **Effect:** Android removes private app storage. Uninstalling also removes that private storage. Public downloads, saved status copies, exported history, and media shared with other apps can remain; delete those separately using Downloads/Gallery/Files and any destination where you copied them. Local reset does not submit a server deletion request, erase Google's records, or cancel a subscription. **Before resetting:** Complete any server deletion request first where possible and keep the referral code or Google Play `GPA.` order reference privately for support. Clearing storage can lose the anonymous referral session needed to identify or reconnect to the original profile. Google Play purchases can instead be restored using the purchasing Play account and fresh verification. ### Smaller local cleanup actions - **Clear cache:** Android Settings > Apps > Crazy Downloader > Storage & cache > Clear cache removes cache-directory files. Some private partial-download files, completion receipts and cookie exports live outside that directory. Clear cache does not clear all preferences, history backups, referral sessions, purchase tokens, or server records. - **Clear History:** In the Downloads screen, this removes completed entries from the displayed history and keeps a local restore backup. It does not permanently erase every record or delete saved files. Use Clear storage for a full private-data reset. - **Delete from Device:** The Downloads screen can request deletion of a selected saved file and remove its history entry. Check the file's actual removal in Gallery/Files; OS restrictions or failures can prevent deletion, and external copies are separate. - **Disconnect a platform:** Settings > Connected Accounts > Disconnect attempts to clear that provider's local cookies, WebView site storage, and temporary cookie exports. It does not delete your platform account or sessions in other apps/devices. ## 2. Referral Profile Deletion (Server-Side) If you participated in referrals, request deletion of the app-scoped referral profile, attribution, and rewards: - Open **Crazy Downloader** on your device. - Open **Settings > Purchase & Referral Data > Delete referral data**, read the scope, and confirm while online. The separate Settings > Data Deletion legal link opens this guide. - If the control is missing, the request fails, or you no longer have the app/session, email support@cibru.in with the app name and your referral code, if known. Starting the in-app deletion operation turns off participation, clears the local reward/code/install-referrer cache, and removes local referral Premium access. On confirmed success, the saved referral authentication session is also cleared, unlinking this installation from that session. Failure can leave the session/server records for retry while participation stays off. If no saved session is available, local cleanup cannot confirm deletion of older server profiles; contact support rather than treating a local reset as server erasure. **Server-side scope and retention assumptions:** The integration expects the deployed `delete-referral-data` service to remove this app's referral profile/reward/attribution records and retain an app-scoped device-key anti-abuse marker for a documented 90-day target. The shared Supabase Auth identity is outside this app-scoped deletion. These server rules and cleanup jobs are managed separately and require operator confirmation; the app cannot guarantee a purge time for server records, logs, or backups. Support will verify the requester's authority and explain scope, retained records, and outcome. No fixed seven-day deletion guarantee applies. Deletion removes local referral access and may prevent reconnecting or qualifying again. It does not delete your downloaded media, delete Google's purchase records, or cancel paid billing. To stop new referral sync attempts without requesting server deletion, use Unsync Referral; unsync clears the local referral reward/code/install-referrer cache but retains the saved auth session and server profile. ## 3. Google Play Purchase Records See the Purchase Data Deletion Guide. The app's deletion operation pauses automatic purchase verification syncing on this installation and removes its local paid access before attempting server deletion. Only purchases recorded on this installation are in that request's scope; older records need support assistance. With no local purchase record, the operation can finish local cleanup without contacting the server. While this app's data is retained, only an explicit tap on Restore Purchases resumes verification and can recreate records; starting a purchase does not clear the pause. **Clearing storage or reinstalling removes the local pause**, so automatic purchase verification can run again after the app starts. Other installations can verify independently. Referral rewards are separate. **Deleting purchase data does not cancel billing or obtain a refund.** Cancel weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions and trials in Google Play Subscriptions using the purchasing account. See the Subscriptions & Refunds Policy. ## 4. Contact Us For deletion assistance or privacy requests, contact CIBRU support. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, card details, cookies, purchase tokens, or Integrity tokens. A referral code or order reference helps locate records but is not by itself proof of authority. **Publisher:** CIBRU (Proprietorship operated by Krishna moni Borah) **Postal Address:** Kakojan, Jorhat, Assam - 785107, India **Support Email:** support@cibru.in © 2026 CIBRU.
