# Refund & Cancellation Policy

**Overview:** All in-app purchases and subscriptions for Crazy Downloader are processed directly by the Google Play Store. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through your Google Play account or manage/cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.
## 1. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions Overview
Crazy Downloader offers optional Premium features (such as ad removal, up to 5 concurrent downloads, and unrestricted download speeds). These digital purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through the **Google Play Billing system**.
## 2. Google Play 48-Hour Refund Window
In accordance with Google Play Store policies, if it has been less than 48 hours since you made a purchase or subscribed, you can request a refund directly from Google Play:
1. Visit Google Play Order History in a web browser.
2. Find the order you want to return.
3. Click **Request a refund** or **Report a problem**.
4. Select the option that explains your situation, fill out the form, and submit.
Google Play typically issues refund decisions within 1 business day (and often within 15 minutes).
## 3. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
Uninstalling the Application does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through Google Play:
1. Open the **Google Play Store** app on your Android device (or visit Google Play Subscriptions).
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right > **Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions**.
3. Select **Crazy Downloader**.
4. Tap **Cancel subscription** and follow the on-screen instructions.
**Note:** When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features for the remaining duration of your current paid billing period. You will not be billed for subsequent renewal cycles.
## 4. Developer Direct Refund Requests (After 48 Hours)
If the standard 48-hour Google Play refund window has passed, but you experienced an unresolved technical defect, duplicate billing, or failure to unlock Premium features, you may contact our billing team directly:
- **Billing Email:** support@cibru.in
- **Subject:** Refund Request - [Your Google Play Order Number]
- **Required Information:**
- Your Google Play Order ID (starts with `GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx`, found in your email receipt from Google Play).
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- A brief explanation of the technical issue or reason for the refund request.
We will review complete requests as reasonably practicable. Eligibility and processing times depend on the purchase, applicable law, and Google Play's refund tools and policies. An approved refund is returned through Google Play to the applicable payment method.
## 5. In-App Purchase Recovery / "Restore Purchases"
If you reinstalled the Application or switched to a new Android device and your Premium entitlement is not active:
1. Ensure you are logged into the Google Play Store with the same Google account used to make the purchase.
2. Open the Application > **App Settings**.
3. Tap **"Restore Purchases"**. The app will query Google Play Billing and instantly restore your active entitlement without any extra charge.
## 6. European Union & Statutory Consumer Rights
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights of withdrawal under local consumer protection regulations. When you purchase digital content that is immediately delivered (such as instant Premium unlock), you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and your statutory right of withdrawal is exercised subject to Google Play's European consumer terms.
