These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developers of **Crazy Downloader** (also known as "Crazy Downloader", package name: `com.crazydownloader.app`, "we", "us", or "our").

When using the Application, you strictly agree not to:

2. Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to overload or abuse third-party servers or bandwidth.
3. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from the Application, except where permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
4. Modify, re-package, sublicense, or distribute modified builds containing malicious code or unauthorized ad bypasses.
5. Violate any local, national, or international copyright laws or regulations.
## 4. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Third-Party Platforms
Crazy Downloader is an independent software application developed and maintained independently.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names referenced in the Application or documentation are the property of their respective owners.
## 5. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Takedown Notice
We respect intellectual property rights. Because the Application is a client-side software tool that does not host, store, or index videos on developer servers, we do not control third-party content. ## 6. WhatsApp Status Saver Terms
The Application includes an optional WhatsApp Status Saver feature allowing users to view and save cached status media stored locally on their device. Users agree to respect the privacy, consent, and intellectual property rights of WhatsApp status creators prior to saving, reposting, or sharing any media.
## 7. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing Terms
The Application may offer optional Premium features (e.g., ad-free experience, unlimited concurrent downloads, priority processing) via in-app purchases or subscriptions:
- **Billing Provider:** All transactions are billed directly by Google Play Store via the Google Play Billing API.
- **Auto-Renewal:** Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the price and billing period shown by Google Play unless you cancel before renewal. Google Play displays the applicable cancellation and renewal details during purchase and in your subscription settings.
- **Cancellation:** You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Subscriptions Center. Cancellation stops future renewals while retaining access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- **Refunds:** Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Google Play Store policies.
## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
