# Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
EchoBridge · Operated by CIBRU
Effective date: October 20, 2026 · Version 1.2
> Paid EchoBridge subscriptions, when offered, are purchased through Google Play. Deleting the app, purchase records or referral profile does not cancel billing.
## 1. Plans and benefits
EchoBridge has an ad-supported free tier and optional weekly, monthly or annual Premium subscriptions when available. Active verified Premium enables background streaming and removes in-app ads and the free tier's periodic listening check. Free users cannot play or transmit audio in the background, including with the screen locked. “Unlimited” sessions mean removal of that app-imposed limit, not a guarantee against network, device, battery or verification interruptions.
Availability depends on release, region and Google Play configuration. Only an offer available through the actual Google Play purchase screen can be purchased. An estimated price or trial shown while offers are unavailable is not a purchasable offer or confirmation of trial eligibility. Test or demonstration access is not a paid entitlement. New purchases are unavailable while purchase syncing is paused or a data-deletion operation is in progress; finish deletion before deliberately choosing Restore Purchases to resume syncing.
## 2. Price and automatic renewal
The reference prices below are in USD. Google Play confirms the available offer, localized price, currency, taxes, trial eligibility and billing dates before you authorize a purchase.
Premium plans and recurring charges (USD reference prices)PlanTrial and first chargeAutomatic renewal
Weekly**$0.49 per week. No free trial; billed immediately when the purchase is completed.**$0.49 each week until cancelled.
Monthly**3-day free trial for eligible subscribers**, then $1.49 per month. Without an eligible trial, billing starts immediately at the price shown by Google Play.$1.49 each month after the trial, or from purchase without a trial, until cancelled.
Annual**7-day (1-week) free trial for eligible subscribers**, then $14.99 per year. Without an eligible trial, billing starts immediately at the price shown by Google Play.$14.99 each year after the trial, or from purchase without a trial, until cancelled.
**All three plans auto-renew until cancelled in Google Play. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your trial ends or your next billing period begins.** We recommend cancelling at least **24 hours** in advance so you can complete and check the confirmation; this is an early-action recommendation, not an additional cancellation cutoff. An eligible trial converts to the plan's paid recurring subscription unless cancelled. A trial is available only if Google Play shows it for your purchasing account; installing the app, changing plans or reinstalling does not itself establish eligibility. Price changes and required notices or consent follow Google Play rules and applicable law.
## 3. Verification and access
Google Play processes payment; no separate CIBRU account or email registration is required. Internet and successful server verification are needed to activate and refresh Premium. Pending payments do not grant access. Cancelled subscriptions normally remain active through verified paid expiry unless refunded, revoked or otherwise ended. A verified grace-period entitlement may continue while Google Play allows it; expired, held, paused or revoked entitlements do not grant active access.
Verified paid access can work offline for up to 72 hours after verification, never beyond verified expiry. Restarting, clearing storage or invalidated local state can require an earlier check. Failed verification does not stop renewal. Contact support if you paid but access is missing.
## 4. Cancellation
- Open Google Play using the purchasing account.
- Choose your profile, then **Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions**.
- Select EchoBridge, choose **Cancel subscription** and complete confirmation.
You can also use https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Check that Google Play confirms cancellation before the trial ends or the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues for the verified paid period; follow the cancellation confirmation, access end date and billing date shown by Google Play. Some regions or circumstances allow different cancellation/refund remedies. See Google Play's cancellation help. Uninstalling, deleting data, unsyncing referrals or emailing support alone does not complete cancellation.
## 5. Refunds
**Within 48 hours of a purchase**, use the Google Play refund request. Google may approve a refund depending on the purchase and circumstances; the 48-hour guidance is not a guaranteed refund. **After 48 hours**, or if you cannot use Google's request flow, email support@cibru.in for review. Include your Google Play order ID (format **`GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX`**, with any renewal suffix shown on the receipt), purchase date, plan and a description of the issue. Review Google Play's refund policy; eligibility also depends on location and applicable law.
A request does not guarantee approval. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current period or unused time except where Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds or charge reversals may end the entitlement. Nothing here limits statutory rights for defective, unavailable or misdescribed services. Never send payment-card details, passwords or raw purchase tokens.
## 6. Restore Purchases
After reinstalling or changing devices, use the purchasing Google account in the Play Store, open EchoBridge's Premium or Manage Subscription screen and tap **Restore Purchases**. Google Play must return a completed, eligible purchase for online verification; finding a purchase is not itself confirmation of Premium access. Restoration does not buy a new subscription or revive an expired or revoked one. Check the account and contact support before buying again if a purchase is missing.
**Only an explicit tap on Restore Purchases clears saved purchase and referral sync pauses within the app.** This resumes both kinds of syncing before the Play result, even if no paid purchase is found. It can reuse a retained referral session or create a new anonymous session if local credentials were deleted; it does not recreate deleted rewards or guarantee recovery of a lost profile. App launch/resume, opening a dialog, refreshing or sharing a referral, and starting a new purchase do not clear saved pauses. Restore is unavailable during deletion; wait for its result before deciding whether to resume.
## 7. Deleting purchase data
**Settings → Manage synced data → Delete app purchase data** disables local paid access, persistently pauses backend purchase verification and requests deletion of purchase records known to that installation. A failed request leaves syncing paused and may leave identifiers for retry; some earlier requests may already have succeeded. After all requested deletions are acknowledged, the app clears known/pending purchase records and its paid-access cache, retaining pause metadata and a local random cache-namespace identifier. This pause does not stop Google Play queries or all network traffic. Explicit **Restore Purchases** may recreate eligible verification records. Another installation may verify a valid purchase. Older/unavailable records require support. Deletion does not cancel, refund or erase Google's transaction history. See Data Deletion and Purchase Data Deletion.
## 8. Referral VIP overlap
Referral VIP independently supplies Premium benefits while its verified reward entitlement is valid and referral syncing is enabled. Rewards do not pause billing, extend paid time or automatically refund overlap. Cancel in Google Play if you do not want renewal. Rewards have no cash refund value. Restore Purchases may resume referral syncing but does not recover deleted rewards or transfer them between anonymous profiles.
