Subscriptions and Refunds - Secure PC Keyboard
# Subscription, Cancellation & Refund PolicyEffective date: September 1, 2026 · Version 2.0
> Secure PC Keyboard has an ad-supported free tier and optional monthly or annual Pro subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
## 1. Billing and renewal
The price, billing period, taxes, trial or introductory offer (if any), and renewal terms shown in the Google Play purchase screen apply to your purchase. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Google Play processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
## 2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise, Pro access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
## 3. Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on when and where you purchased and the circumstances of the request. Start with Google's Google Play refund request process. Google may decide requests submitted through its systems. If Google directs you to the developer, or more than 48 hours have passed, email support@cibru.in with the order ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send payment-card details. We will review the request under this policy, Google Play rules, and applicable consumer law.
## 4. Purchase problems
If Pro access is missing after a successful purchase, first use “Restore Purchases” in the app and verify that Google Play is signed in to the purchasing account. If the issue continues, contact support. A refund or charge reversal may remove Pro access.
## 5. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights available in your country. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law controls.
